EVENT DESCRIPTION

We head to Waitaia Lodge nestled amongst native bush on the outskirts of Tauranga, and paddle Lake Mangaonui.  We also go for some bush walking and harvest flax for raaranga (flax weaving), and weave a little taonga (gift) for us to take away. We finish with a cooked dinner, then peek the glow worms before heading back to the vehicles.
